I would've preferred to have been provided an estimate of the time the repair would take rather than just waiting to hear when it was done. However repairs were completed in week and with superb quality

I was satisfied with the repairs. The head light on the side that was repaired was not adjusted to point straight ahead and points upwards.

main reason that I am hesitant to refer is that many companies these days offer deductible assistance Service King doesnt.

Interior panel was left uninstalled, spare was not properly replaced, and they placed dirty rims and tires in the back of my car damaging the inside. Could have at least put a plastic wrap around the tires and rim.

Their quality of work is very good. However, I would reccommend this to people with full coverage insurance. Out of pocket expenses are a little high. However, good work will cost you.
