I dealt with Roquay (sorry I wasn't sure how to spell his name) from Safeco. He was very friendly and a very nice gentleman but unfortunately during the week and a half that my car was in the shop for repairs I spoke with him twice, both times being because I contacted him. I never knew how my car was doing or when it was even going to be ready by! It was very frustrating to deal with.
