The overall repair and cleanliness was solid. But the communication throughout was poor, I had to call and get answers throughout the repair, I never once was called or given a text about the status of my repair until it was complete. If that was cleaned up I’m sure this would be a 7-9 rating.

My steering wheel still seems to be out of place, which is where the alignment question stemmed from. I didn’t see anything about the alignment on the list of repairs so let me know if you guys ever checked that out.

At the drop off day I informed that I was from out of state and I was in no hurry for the vehicle, I just wanted it done right the first time as I would be flying back to Phoenix to pick it up and immediately drive back home. When I arrived this afternoon to get the vehicle 1 there was a residue left on the new paint 2 the AWD emblem was missing 3 the mud flap was missing 4 the window film on the passenger door small window was damaged 5 the touch to lock and unlock on the passenger door handle does not work 6 the passenger rocker panel was not aligned 7 the inside of the vehicle was covered in dust and tiny leaves in the seats and floorboards Apparently there is no inspection process to insure work is complete before you notify the customer. Since I am from out of state getting these items resolved is going to be a real pain in my you know what as there is no Crash Champion near me. I have spoken with several of your staff during the repair process and I reinforced that I wanted it done right as I was coming from out of state to get it. I was assured it would be. Big fail.
