I was extremely satisfied with my repair experience at Crash Champions. My service advisor, Bao Vu, did an amazing job getting my door and fender repaired in a timely manner. From start to finish, Bao walked me through the entire process, kept me informed, and made sure I understood what was being done. I truly appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. When I picked up my truck, I also had the pleasure of meeting Monica, who was very friendly and helpful as well. Overall, I was very pleased with how my truck turned out and with the level of service I received. Bao and the team at Crash Champions did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

From beginning to end, Daisy was Awesome and very professional. When I dropped my car off, she was very helpful. She updated me everyday. When I picked up my car, she showed me what they did and explained everything. Hope I never have to take a car in again, but if I ever need to, this is where I will be taking it to.
