Everyone was very nice and helpful. The receptionist walked me through all the steps for my car along with the process of my rental. Miguel was very attentive and alerted me along the way with updates of my car. When I picked up my car he thoroughly explained everything that was fixed and painted.

The repair looks great. The color is a good match. The communication was good, slight delay in parts ordered and weather conditions (humidity lots). The finish has a few rough stops ( dust or dirt nibs), buy they say that can be wet sanded and buffed and polished out. And the 2 panels have a little orange peel which will have to be the same.,(wet sanded, buffed and polished) after 30 days to cure clear coating.

Good communication, offered me a loaner car for a day to finish wet sanding, buffing, and polishing after 30 days. And repaint if they can't get it perfect.

Body repair man said the whole door would have to be replaced. They had my car 16 days. When I picked it up, I noticed the door handle had the same long scratch, and my original damaged rain guard was still above the window, (I can live with both of those) which means they only replaced the outside panel, which is what I suggested when I dropped the car off. All in all, it was a beautiful job! Thank you, Crash Champions!
