From the moment I gave up my keys at the front desk I felt certain that I selected the right place. Especially when I started talking to Jennifer. I think that was her name I felt overwhelmed but her voice was so] soothing and peaceful. This was my first accident in my life at 73 years old, I started driving at 36 and had a perfect driving record. Thank you for your work, it was fast right before Thanksgiving. It looks like it did when I purchased the car. I will be telling others about your establishment and your work.

Still waiting to hear back how you're going to handle correcting fixing the trim to my rear windshield and the over use eurathane with the fraying around the edge of the window and soft top. It's under your workmanship.

The team was polite and made me feel like they really cared about my car. They communicated frequently to give me a status on repairs and my car was clean inside and out when I picked it up. Jennifer at the desk is a gem. I didn’t get the name of the person who did my estimate but she was great too.

Miguel was great. He did mention he would call with updates but I was sent generic text messages. I was also told I would receive a call when the parts came in but didn’t. Otherwise he was great.

Because they did work on my car in I believe Kenosha Wi. There they did an awesome job and called we like they said they would. The place in Mount Pleasant Ill I don’t know if I would they never called me I had to always call them.
