his is truly an outstanding shop with unparalleled customer service. From my initial phone call to the in-person consultation, every step of the process was seamless. Even when I needed access to my car during the repair, the team accommodated me without hesitation. The entire experience—from start to final inspection—was handled with professionalism and precision. The staff was knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely pleasant. The manager was courteous, attentive, and highly skilled. My salesperson (whose name I unfortunately don’t recall, but I know he has three kids and lives in McHenry) was personable, approachable, and incredibly well-versed in his field. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. While I hope I won’t need repairs again anytime soon, this will undoubtedly be my go-to shop in the future. Highly recommended!
