his is truly an outstanding shop with unparalleled customer service. From my initial phone call to the in-person consultation, every step of the process was seamless. Even when I needed access to my car during the repair, the team accommodated me without hesitation. The entire experience—from start to final inspection—was handled with professionalism and precision. The staff was knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely pleasant. The manager was courteous, attentive, and highly skilled. My salesperson (whose name I unfortunately don’t recall, but I know he has three kids and lives in McHenry) was personable, approachable, and incredibly well-versed in his field. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. While I hope I won’t need repairs again anytime soon, this will undoubtedly be my go-to shop in the future. Highly recommended!

absolutely immaculate, the repair to the bumper and realignment of the hood was impeccable. did not anticipate an interior detail, but it was like getting a new car! amazing service, a quick repair time and an overall excellent job on the areas in need of repair.

Looks great! It looks exactly as it was before the hit and run happened, maybe a little cleaner too haha. I am very impressed. You guys also fixed it up faster than I imagined.
