I was very impressed with the level of service and care I received at Service King!! Just three weeks after purchasing my new car, I was rear ended by a semi truck. My insurance company suggested Service King, and I am very glad they did! Julie Fiduccia was the rep handling my car, and she is absolutely amazing!! I have never had such exceptional service, quality work, and delivery for any auto issues before! Roemel is such a responsive and proactive representative; without having been immediately in Service King's system he took the necessary steps to set me up to save me extra trip back. I was there, so he did what he needed to get everything started. He explained all the documents I was to sign and the finished car looks like brand new!! My friend, Susan Argyropoulos, recommended Service King & is having wk done on her car as well. We're both very impressed with your team and Roemel was so responsive that we will certainly return if ever the need and will refer Service King to our friends and family! Thank you! The car had to come back because of steering issues. The car should not have been initially delivered. It was also delivered with a scratch on the hood and it was all covered with power steering fluid.
