I decided to use Service King at the recommendation of my insurance company Allstate being apart of their network. The initial introduction and drop off of my vehicle went very smoothly, clearly communicated, concise, and my service agent Roamel was very approachable with questions. When the service was finished I was surprised how quickly the cosmetic repair was done. I had dropped off the car on Wednesday and got a call on Friday early afternoon it was ready for pick up. The work was top quality when I saw it and looked better before the damage to my car prior to the service. I also noticed the relevant cleaned the interior of my car including the mats and vaccumed the car flooring. I noticed that a day after I had it back. Roamel explained what the derive team did and did a walk around of the car. I though the service as a whole was great and I would recommend it to others.
