The front desk person was polite knowledgable and courteous, I was given a good faith estimate as to when the car would be done and was kept in the loop as far as how the work was progressing. However, the first time I went to pick up the car, a piece was missing, I was told it was not on the car, after further discussion and looking at a parts schematic, the piece was identified. It was ordered the next day installed and everyone was happy, the paint blend looked great, the car was cleaned inside and out and looked better than I thought would.
