Not only was the work well completed, but it was a smooth experience throughout with constantly being communicated with on how progress was going with my vehicle. Also, all of the staff have been absolutely amazing in keeping me calm and not feeling all alone as this was my first accident since my late 20s. I was terrified on what could have happened but didn’t as Kathy pointed out so a special shout out to her for all of her help in getting me in a better frame of mind. So very grateful to the entire team.

I was kept updated via text on the status of my vehicle repairs, including a delay, to which the Estimator, Mauricio explained and I totally understood. The overall staff are professional with great energy. I hope to not see them again under forced circumstances (a car crash), but if I do need repairs, I would return to this Crash Champions location in Blue Island, IL.
