Service was prompt. I was specifically impressed with the company representative named Rodney who was professional and compassionate due to the fact that I was clearly upset from my car being involved in an accident. He also may valid suggestions that I have my car repaired from issues prior to the accident. I am relieved that there is a warranty to accompany the repair work.

The staff at the Blue Island shop were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the work done on my car was excellent. I appreciated the updates that were sent to me in the status of my vehicle whe it was on the shop. The convenience of having a rental car available on the premises was great. I would definitely recommend Service King to anyone that needs car repair.

Everything was great except when I opened my gas tank cover the gas tank cap wasn't connected to my car anymore. So when I put gas in the car I have to put the cover on the roof of my car.
