He kept us informed every step of the way, provided regular updates, and made sure we always knew what was happening with the repair. The repair team and technicians were amazing. The same goes for the young lady who did the initial review of my vehicle. They kept me informed and did a great job. When I picked up the car the young man did a detailed review of the repair that was done. Extremely courteous and professional. The front desk lady could be a little more friendly and engaging. The interaction with her seemed disengaging, and lacked empathy. She could benefit from a customer service training. Overall my experience was positive
