The level of communication was excellent. We were continually apprised of the timeline and how things were progressing which was so appreciated. The level of professionalism throughout the process was probably the best we’ve ever had when dealing with a company such as Crash Champions. While hope never to need their services again, if I ever do, they will be my first call.

Front office desk was not very responsive and kept us waiting for a long time, both while dropping off and picking up the vehicle.
