3 wks for paintless dent repair, poor communication, and costumer felt lost and confused about the process. Not a good feeling from a “trusted” shop and recommended by insurance, instead of lessening the stress it added to it, the only reason I give it a 5 is because of Allstate working with them. Somebody may have had a better experience but from my experience, I would not be using them in the future.

The repair looks great. Thank you. However, the customer service could use some improvements! There was an error with the insurance claim number because someone neglected to focus on attention to detail. In the end it worked out but after unnecessary stress caused to me.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at this autobody shop, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience — especially thanks to Justyna. From start to finish, she was incredibly informative, thorough, and communicative throughout the entire process. She consistently kept me updated, answered every question with patience and professionalism, and made me feel genuinely cared for as a customer. The customer service was great from the beginning to the end. When I picked up my truck it was brought to me so that we can inspect the car together to make sure I was satisfied which I was and they also gave my truck a car wash so it was shining when I arrived! You all keep in contact with me with details and the progress as the time went on. It was completed way before the completion date.
