When I received my back, there was damage to the interior that was not present before. Upon speaking to Howard Mathis, I was told that the damage was due to the age of my car. A dime-sized hold in the driver's side window tint has nothing to do with the age of my car! I was and am very, very upset and distressed by this occurence. Now I have another expense to fix this damage. I am extremely dissatisfied with service from Service King #135 in Duluth, GA!!! Saundra Wilson

My satisfaction with Farmers is a 10. The 2 is for Service King because it damaged my car and refused to repair it. This damage has subsequently cost me $100.00 and I am extremely upset by this occurrence.

The staff was very welcoming and kind through out the whole process. Friendly I felt at home. It was obvious the staff get along and work well together. I could not have asked for anything more. I was very pleased. Thanks for a job well done. As soon as I can I will come back to have front bumper work done.
