I appreciate the timely updates. The only comment I have is the lady upfront could use some help in learning interpersonal relationship skills, she can be abrasive at times.

The only thing that disappointed me was I felt that they thought my car rental was covered by my insurance which it wasn't and perhaps they felt time was not an issue with us. Othetwise, the car looked great!
