received my car back and the gas tank was not aligned properly with my car. the rear tail light had a scratch in it. i took my car back to get these issues addressed and the only thing properly addressed was the rear tail light. the gas cover was fixed but still isn’t done properly in a professional way. the fuel cap was replaced with some cheap cap that i now have to struggle with removing to refuel my car every single time.

Service at crash champions Duluth was fantastic. Everyone was so helpful and communicative with the services towards my Mazda Todd and Sonia were the two that I dealt with the most and they were both fantastic.

The drop off and rental car process was handled so smoothly and professionally. The Decatur staff communicated very clearly and were transparent about how things would work, including transferring the car to the Duluth shop for repairs. Once the car got to Duluth, the communication deteriorated. There were no updates via text and I had to repeatedly call for updates as dates came and went with no updates for the car being ready. There was an issue with OEM parts for the car, not being approved by Allstate, which delayed the overall repair timeline. Which is fine. But that issue was not communicated clearly to me by the Duluth team. Once the car was ready, there was a slight issue with some trim work on a back door that had to be resolved. The Decatur staff was awesome in responding to that need and getting the issue fixed. Dedicator team really knocked it out of the park. Omar and Patric were great to deal with.

The Decatur team was fantastic and did everything they could to make this a great experience. The Duluth team did OK however they could’ve done a better job of updating me as the repair timeline extended due to the OEM parts issue with Allstate.

Crash Champsions did great work. My car is as good as new after I got rear-ended, and the customer service was top notch. They kept me up to date and were super friendly. Hopefully I don't need body work any time soon, but if I do, I'll go to Crash Champions for sure.
