Attention to detail is an issue along with the mistakes that the technicians make. I had high hopes they would have integrity in their job but it lacks. There are paint issues that were not there before.

Your establishment was very kind and accommodating! I have never been in an accident where insurance was involved and it wasn’t my insurance, it was the other driver’s. Nico was so helpful in helping make it a smooth and painless process. Big Chief Tire made a mistake in their repairs, and I had to bring the car back right away because of a noise. Nico communicated with Big Chief and with Enterprise and with GEICO, so that even the mistake was handled quickly and I did not go without transportation. You definitely have an employee there who gives you a great reputation. I was thinking the situation would be a nightmare, but you guys took care of it all!

They did great work on my repair, but who ever was painting my car dropped some paint on my fender so now it’s a dollop of paint there that wasn’t there before.
