The service person assigned to me (Tom Mercado) was great: very efficient and friendly. My car was repaired quickly and the end product looks great. They kept me informed throughout the process via email with short updates on the status of the repair. Having an Enterprise desk on the premises was also a big plus. I would recommend you to others but with only one caveat: check around for prices. It seemed a bit high to me. I have not been in the market for car repairs for many years (and I hope I don't have to any time soon) so, maybe those are the going rates.

Chris was very patient with me and my boyfriend who was acting on my behalf since I know nothing about cars. He explained the process carefully and provided documents on all work that needed to be done.

Your employees made my nightmare and pleasant day dream. Jason took all the information and I was out in a very timely manor. Then Chris was the icing on the cake. He explained everything that was done to the vehicle. Showed me physically by opening up the hood to see if I was satisfied with the job and explained the guarantee of the work as long as I own the vehicle. He was straight to the point with all the other signing of the papers and I before I knew it I was on the road with a KOOL-AID SMILE! I would like to thank Christ for taking time out in keeping me abreast to what was going on with my vehicle while it was in the shop. Thank you, job well done!
