There were issues with my car when I picked it up and when I called about it, I was asked to bring the car back so that they can take a look at it. I showed up, as requested, and when I got there and explained everything all over again to the GM (the girl I spoke with wasn't there), I was told that he googled my issue and that what I was seeing was what all the vehicles like mine saw. I asked about what Madison had told me to which he said that is not something y'all do. He said to take it to a dealership and if they agree with me, to bring it back and then he will fix it.

I have never been treated as well as I have been by your Mandarin location. I cannot say enough good things about Madison. She blew my socks off with her professional & kind manner. I wish there were hundreds of Madisons out there. Also, your reception people are extremely helpful. It made a car accident WAY less painful. You have good people there. 🥇
