parts and labor issues delayed the completion of our job but crash champions came through with paying for a rental car for us and even for doing an oil change when the delay caused us to miss an oil change appointment. all staff we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and friendly.

Otherwise, they were very very good. When we returned with the rental car, we expected to have to drive the rental back to Enterprise, but Crash Champions said we could leave the rental and Enterprise would just drive it back to their shop. Very good, and easier for us.

I only interacted with Chuck and the lady at the front desk. Both are “keepers”!! Chuck is exceptional at his job! He kept me informed of progress and saved me from forgetting my garage door opener twice.
