My son and we're made to feel stupid by Chuck when we came in for estimate. Our situation was unusual, the car was hit parked on a street. We were not there, the person who hit called police and then the police called tow truck because it was hit hard enough it was pushed and was now blocking a drive way. Again we were not there and when we called police he mention they put bumper back on and it was towed. Chuck didn't see much damage and he was just like I am "confused". There was some paint chipping and he said I will replace the bumper. I could only explain to him what we were told, I guess that was enough for him. I was just worried if it was pushed that far maybe there could under car damage, I was told no. I just feel like he was not nice then tries to be nice, poor customer service in my opinion. Rebecca

Crash Champions made what is usually a stressful experience much easier than I expected. Chuck was the person I worked with most closely throughout the entire process, and he was outstanding. He was pleasant, proactive, and communicative every step of the way. What I appreciated most was that he never overpromised—he set clear expectations and took the time to walk me through the process from start to finish. The ladies in the office were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facility was very clean, including the waiting area and restrooms, which says a lot about the pride they take in their business. They even offered a great variety of coffee, which was a nice touch during morning visits. While getting body work done is never something anyone looks forward to, the entire team—led by Chuck—made it as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. I would absolutely use Crash Champions again and will gladly recommend them to others if they ever find themselves needing collision repair services.
