They took my car right away even when my appointment was 2 days later. The staff were very helpful and Chuck ( repair specialist) validated all my fears and was very empathetic. He did a great job and my car came back good as new and very clean!

My mirror replacement is not satisfactory.

The replacement mirror is not an exact match for the mirror that was repaired. It is smaller than the original and it’s not the right color. The mirror also vibrates on the highway.
