At first I was satisfied with the updates on the work and the text communications. Then yesterday I saw Chris’ car and am upset that the dented driver’s door was not repaired, that this very noticeable dent is still in the door. Why was the door not repaired?

They have an excellent follow up and notification. However, during the time of pickup of my car I’ve noticed the repair wasn’t done right and I have to mention it and wait for them to redo and fix the installation of my bumper.
