From the very beginning it was easy to get my car in for an estimate and had no problems getting it scheduled for repairs. The shop even brought my car to me since I was homebound after recently having a baby. Above and beyond, great customer service.

ita been over a month since my car was repaired and sercice king has not submitted a final bill. Without them submitting the final bill to my insurance i cant get my $500.deductable back since i wasnt at fault.
