Debbie, Elianna and the entire San Gabriel Crash Champions team are the best! This is my second time taking my vehicle to Crash Champions - and for good reason. They took care of me from start to finish and my car came out looking better than it did before the accident! I really liked the fact that they kept me in the loop every step of the way through text and even finished my car before the scheduled due date! The quality of the repair was amazing, bar none. The paint and hood was perfectly color matched to the vehicle. The hood was realigned perfectly. The emblem, upper and lower grills, trims and hardware were all replaced along with everything structurally crucial behind it. I couldn't ask for anything more!

Customer service was top notch. Elianna and Debbie kept me informed every step of the way. I informed Elianna that I'd prefer an OEM front bumper cover and she was able to negotiate and price match to make it happen. Elianna had the most detailed technician working on my vehicle and it shows - it looks like a completely brand new front end! They went above and beyond and even repainted the entire front hood, even though a small section was damaged from the accident. This was something I never asked for, but deep inside wanted to happen because of all the rock chips. Last but not least, they detailed the entire car after they were all finished (interior, exterior, engine bay). Thank you so much!
