Excellent service from beginning to end! Starting with reception who arranged for rental, initial estimate by Jesse and follow up and coordination by David. I was informed every step of the process and my car was even ready early!

Crash Champions had excellent customer service and excellent repair job, from beginning to end. Receptionist ordered my rental car, Jesse took in the car and explained the repair, and David kept me abreast with updates, and was even able to finish the repair ahead of schedule!

From the moment of impact I was stressed out over the process ahead. After the other party admitted responsibility it moved forward with choosing a body shop. We chose Crash Champions after reading reviews and were on our list of approved shops. Shirley and David couldn't have been better at handling my repairs. Finding this level of professionalism today is hard to find. Great work and communication couldn't have been better.

No one ever wants to deal with a vehicle being hit and requiring repairs, but I'm glad I chose Crash Champions. David and Shirley for the repairs handled it all, even having Uber pick me up after dropping off our car to get a rental car and then picking it up when the repairs were done. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations.

David, in South Pasadena, was extremely professional and helpful! We're grateful for the care and guidance he offered us in navigating this process. We were especially appreciative of the way he coordinated directly with the insurance company, so we didn't have to manage that detail in the repair process. He was easy to communicate with, and kept us updated every step of the way. The team did an excellent job on the repair and completed the work in a shorter timeframe than was expected. This was our second car repair here. Hopefully, we won't need to repair our cars in the future, but if so, we'll definitely be returning. Thank you, David, and Crash Champions!
