I enjoy the quick diagnosis with my car and the fact that I was kept updated on its progress on a very tegular basis and that it was ready before expected and the staff were attentive to my needs and were very empathetic and u stands g about my situation. I highly recommend this auto body shop. They are great! Their work is awesome!

Crash champions did an amazing job repairing my vehicle, after my car got hit while it was parked. Jesse, the service adviser, was amazing. Very informative and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me up to date on my vehicle with regular calls and emails, and clearly explained everything that was done to my car. When I got my car back, it was clean and looked as if nothing had ever happened. I truly loved the service Crash Champions provided. They made a stressful situation into an stress-free experience. If you ever have an unfortunate incident, I highly recommend Crash Champions and be sure to ask for Jesse!

Crash Champions is very convenient as it is so close to my home. Customer service is generally excellent. My service technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable! The only time I was a bit uncomfortable was when the receptionist spoke about her opinions about climate change and Middle East countries creating their own weather patterns. It was extremely odd and unnecessary, hence the 9 out of 10 score.

Crash Champions made a painful experience of having a damaged vehicle to be a pleasing experience. They are true professionals. From the beginning to the end. They are honest. The repair was done efficiently. I was informed every step of the way. My car was done 2days ahead of schedule. It was done beautifully. I hope I don’t ever need auto repair in the future. If I do, Crash Champions will be the first one I make the contact.
