My Experience

From drop off to pick up the staff was stellar, and communicated with me every update. They were efficient and even went the extra mile and washed my car. Something I didn’t anticipate but greatly appreciated! I’ve only had my car for one day but so far it is running well. Based on the timeliness and communication I would return and recommend their services to others!

Matt and Jeanette were fantastic. The car looks like brand new and they finished very quickly. I received timely updates by text so I always knew the status. Professional, efficient & amicable. Matt and Jeannette went above and beyond in providing excellent service. The repairs were finished with perfection and very quickly. They were so professional, knowledgeable and just genuine good people that I asked for a qoute for some non insurance related work. As expected, the price was very reasonable so I had it done. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. In addition, Crash Champions kept me up to date on progress every step of the way. I highly recommend them. Especially the Pasadena offce.
