Kevin was spectacular, he guided us along as to what to do with Nationwide and how to handle with great patience. We were going to use another Collision Center, until we met with Kevin. Kevin just went above and beyond at a time that was rather upsetting. His kindness and caring was very much appreciated. Thank you Kevin! Then there is Frank who worked on our Truck. The side mirror was damaged and had to be replaced which meant calibrating everything together. This truck has a lot of bells and whistles, so with Frank's expertise, patience and tenacity he was was able to pull it together. I know that was not easy Frank! Thank you Frank! Last but not least, is the gal that answers the phones. I am sorry I don't have her name, she was always extremely helpful when I would call in about our truck. She also has quite a knack for decorating the front office customer service desk area! When we would come in she would have the front reception desk decorated for the certain times of year. It looks so very nice and welcoming thanks to her! I would most certainly come back to Crash Champions of Exton, they are very particular with their work and their Customer Service is great! Thank you Crash Champions in Exton!! I cannot thank Nationwide enough for standing by my husband and I. We very much appreciate you helping us during this difficult time. EVERYONE we spoke to at Nationwide could not have been more helpful! Thank you Nationwide!
