I liked the communication along the way to let me know the repairs were moving along. Additionally, the pick up process was great. When I noticed a scratch on the car, unrelated to the repair, I reached out the same day of my pick up and the manager came to my house so I didn’t have to go back to the the shop - talk about customer service! He buffed out the scratch and there was a little still left so he said feel free to bring it by if I wanted to for his paint guy to touch up. Everyone I interacted with was super nice and the manager of the shop went above and beyond to help out. 10/10 would recommend!!!
