Too much has gone wrong. I used the shop as recommended by USAA. I will use a locally owned and operated shop in the future.

The car looked clean on the outside. The inside was dusty and gritty...had to wash my hands once I got home. I had to vacuum, and wipe everything down. I was on the road and had a flat tire. The spare tools were taken apart & not in place and the spare location had glass & and a razorblade. I tried to get gas, the gas lever does not open.

I feel that Service King personnel need to look busy when a customer walks in. 3 of the employees were not doing anything when I walked. Yet they, had been telling me my car was getting detailed for the last week.

Chip Anderson did a great job once I complained and had my vehicle moved to a different store and got my vehcile in an acceptable condition. After my truck spent two months in your shops it would be hard for me to recommend them. I will say there was never an issue with the body / paint.

After over two months I was satified. Wish it had not taken so long. I dropped my vehicle on June 15 and got it back Aug 16. Fourth time... to look it over.

I rate it 5 because my vehcile was at two shops (Bartlett, TN) and on Covington Pike in Memphis, TN. Very dissatified with Bartlett much better sevice at Covington.

Chase Anderson was the Customer Service rep I worked with throughout the process of the repair. He was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure that the task at was completed on time. He also helped settle a payment dispute I was having with the insurance company.

Jay and Chase were very professional, kind, knowledgeable and never once talked down to me! As a woman needing repairs to my car, that was extremely important to me. I was pleasantly surprised. Any time I had a question, any question, they were very patient and took the time to explain everything to me. I hope I never need their services again because of an accident. But if I do ever need such services again, I will gladly take my car back to them! I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. I am very pleased with my car and their professionalism and personal care they gave to me as a customer /client. Bravo to the guys at Service King on Stage Rd. in Bartlett /Memphis!
