We had a terrible experience with Service King. The service was terrible! Our bumper needed to be replaced. It took a week and a half for it to be replaced. Once replaced, we received the car and the brand new bumper had major scuff marks. Please tell me, how does a BRAND new bumper have scuff marks? They were very noticeable. How could you consciously tell me my car is done and ready to be picked up when you can visually see scuff marks on a brand new bumper? In addition, there was a deep scratch on the hood of the car when the car was returned. This scratch was not there beforehand. After over two weeks all issues were resolved. I think the work was done very poorly and I was truly disappointed.
