When Service King was previously Auto Body America, I used their services twice and never had a problem with the customer service or quality of work. After my recent experience I will never use Service King again.

When I called about the status of my car I felt rushed to get off the phone and as if I inconvenienced the employee that was handling my car claim. I had to return my car for re-work because the car was leaking and the automatic windows were not working properly. I had to explain 3 times that the windows were not automatically rolling up and I was told my car isn't equipped to do that. I had to inform the person handling my car claim that the windows are suppose to automatically roll up and to look at the owner's manual that was in the glove compartment. After the employee looked at the owner's manual the windows were fixed.

I love the service that Service king gave me. All the workers were polite and the repair was quick and easy and now my car is like new again I had only had it a month before Someone back into me and now I can't tell there was any damage.
