The Crash Champions staff in Newcastle WA were excellent. Ari Keske and Rodrigo Hernandez showed exemplary customer service. They were both invariably professional, courteous, and clear in communication. Kayla was also great and kept in contact with the status of repairs. Thank you so much for making the stressful experience of being the victim of a car accident into a smooth and positive outcome with excellent communication. The car repairs seem great and the staff did a great job cleaning the car; the inside and trunk had obviously been well vacuumed.
