I was pleasantly surprised with ten customer service at crash champions Draper, they sent me frequent updates about the progress of my car as well as an ETA to let me know it was on track to be done on time. Katherine at the front desk was pleasant and cheerful every time I called or spoke to her, and Nic was very helpful when I spoke with him as well! He called me when my car was ready and was very kind and accommodating when I saw him in person at the shop as well! I 100% would do business here again.
