I don’t think you can train this kind of customer service People either have it or they don’t The people that I interacted with have it all over the place Whoever hired them at least needs a big hug I don’t know what to do it wage and salary and income and or commissions time That has to be super stressful to try and come up with numbers for this Invaluable bunch You have to know that there are at least 50 people waiting to hire these guys away if you get the numbers in the amounts wrong

I was very satisfied with the repair work. I appreciated that the estimator was concerned about there possibly being more damage than could be seen on the surface and taking that into consideration. Crash Champions was very professional and excellent at keep me posted on the status of my repair work. They also got the work done a week faster than they had anticipated.

Very good customer service, Gresy kept us updated on progress daily. Kaitlyn was helpful getting the door handle problem solve . Gresy, ordered part fast and the install on that was very fast. One part left, which was delivered to my house by Crash Champions.
