The mirror you installed didn't fit, and it's taken you two weeks to both get the new mirror in AND I have to keep calling because no one has called when they said they would to update me on the new mirror or when I can come in and get it fixed. I had to call again today to make that happen. I'm not sure I would use Crash Champions again, if given the choice...

Everyone has been very kind and attentive in person/on the phone, but again, they haven't kept me updated on the new mirror part arriving and when I could get it installed; I had to keep calling the shop to find out.

10 but only for the location I last went to in Crete, IL. Speaking from experience not all Crash Champions are the same and some are not worth it.

No issues at all with the repair. Car looks great. The only reason for not a perfect 10 is turnaround time which wasn't bad but if I'm being constructive and honest it could be slightly better.
