The car looks great but I understand parts didn’t come until mon Nov 10, but it’s no excuse that you had a new manager that wanted to see what inventory they had for the cars. But to extend the date of the pick up until Nov 26 was not acceptable. Until I called every day to remind them that my car rental was going to expire on Nov 14 and I was going to make them pay for the rental that they finished my car.

Took 6 weeks to fix my car.. person at the desk was very rude and indifferent. 3 different pick up days promised and didn’t deliver. Didn’t care that O had to change my work schedule 3 times. Shop guys do a great job.
