If it weren't for screws not being tightened down, I would have given a ten.

There were some screws on the underside of the wheel well that my husband noticed weren't screwed in all the way. He fixed the problem himself.

When my passenger door wouldn't open after the repairs, they let me keep the rental until door was fixed. They brought my van to my house and drove the rental back.
