I only say No because since Saturday the radio no longer works the antenna wasn’t fix and now the RPMs are at 3 while driving 40mph it’s got a front end jump to it while driving

The staff - I dealt with Amy - was extremely nice. I really loved the fact that they called us to tell us that the car was ready a few hours before they closed. Other Crash Champions (Plainfield) waits until they are about to close so you have to be in a rental another day. The car looks even better than before the accident, and they got it back to us earlier than expected (another issue we’ve had with Plainfield). Just an overall amazing job!

I don’t understand how someone who works full time till 5pm is supposed to be able to pick there vehicle up on time when you guys are only open till 5pm Monday-Friday every other location is at least open on Saturday till at least 12pm I also got a message confirming my truck got picked up I am extremely disappointed in this situation
