The first lady I dealt with at the Lockport location which I choose to make the repairs to my truck was very very rude! When I brought my truck in to be repaired she told me they were having it towed over to another location for them to make the repairs. That statement initiated me to ask a few questions. After I asked a couple questions she got very very rude with me and asked me "Do you have a problem?" The other thing that upset me was they said they were calling a tow truck to tow my truck to another location as we were speaking. I drove past there the next day because I live very close by which is why i chose that location and my truck was still sitting in there parking lot. Dealing with that location was very very bad experiance!! The location in Oak Forest that did the repairs was great to deal with.

Car looks better than when I bought it and was pleasantly surprised (and very appreciative) that the interior was also cleaned! Car was also done quicker than expected. All workers were very helpful!
