Everyone did a great job! The online portal helped me keep track of when my truck was going to be done and the manager Ben communicated everything so I was always aware. It was a smooth process. Would recommend to others :)

I wouldn't recommend the Peotone location, although I wouldn't assume all locations are the same.

Insurance claim is completed. Crash Champions now has to repair the areas they themselves messed up while in possesion of my vehicle.

Communication was sorely lacking, I had to call numerous times to get updates, including a couple times on various scheduled pick up days. I was told the vehicle was in the paint shop several times over the course of a couple weeks.
