I just was very pleased with everybody. They were so friendly and thoughtful and helpful. They just stepped right in and made the problems seem simple to be fixed and that they would do their best to make it right.

Great job guys, I spend more time in this work truck than I do with my family. I try to take care of it, so it takes care of me. So I appreciate all the work you put in. I also appreciate you dropping it off for me.

My Experience

Zero communication the first week. That was the reason I chose crash champions, so nothing moved on week 1. Truck was not ready after 10 business days (14 total) due to a tech not finishing the job correctly. What he thought was ready for a customer was not ready to the manager. The ETA of Friday 6.19 was perfect because we were leaving on 6.20 for a family vacation. So we had to take my wife's car. I was told it would be ready early next week (6.23), but I got the estimated update for Wednesday (6.24). The actual update for being ready was late Friday, 6.26. After getting back from vacation, I reviewed my truck and it looked identical to the issues that were reported to me on 6.19. In addition to a new issue that they couldn't fix in time on the inner panel. A crease was detected by me in less than 2 seconds. The manager missed this and said nice catch. There were about 20 to 30 dust particles that stick to the clear coat, which I was told was one of the things that was getting fixed before getting it on 6.26. there is finishing errors like Halo effect and light finish under clear coat that will not buff out. ALL OF THIS NEEDS TO LOOK GOOD AS NEW. THAT IS WHY I WENT WITH YOU. FOR THE REVIEWS AND FOR THE QUOTE. The lifetime warranty is fine, but only if it's done right. If the facility cannot catch dust particles before clear coat dries, or if zero work was done after a promise was made to fix it from the first tech issue, I will need my money back to take to a specialist that can do it right the first time. There are multiple issues that this shop cannot get right, but securing that payment in full and providing a warranty card is too priority. If I knew this would have been the experience I would have taken more money elsewhere to get it right on the FIRST TRY. At this point I'm not confident it will ever be correct as I'm finding NEW ISSUES that we're not there when I brought the truck in. This is still a fairly new truck, but the quality is unacceptable for thousands of dollars. I feel chewed up and used.

Waiting so long for the car to be fixed is frustrating.

Repair work was fine, the interior of the car was dusty and had dusty boot prints in the carpet.
