There was some parts issues and to be honest if she had not been she had not been so honest about what was going on I would have been very frustrated. She handled the whole issue perfectly. I was pleased with my car repair. Karla was very helpful, however when I came in to your office to get my estimate there was no one in the office. I waited for awhile, then some man came out to see if someone was helping me. I still waited. It is a good that I am a honest person
