I was really upset when I walked in the door. On Wednesday. I have a 26 Honda a had a mishap. The women I can’t remember her name wore glasses and chin length hair was so pleasant, she set me an ease right away. Called Enterprise immediately so ti would not have to wait long.my tecnition/ body worker was out in a second took me outside saw everything , things had not seen. So thorough. I had missed 2 problems.I was at ease and so satisfied with the service and speed of getting it done. Even better my car look perfect. I was given important instructions on what to do after painting. I would recommend this crash champion #0245 to everyone. Thx Pat

It was a great experience, I was actually a very nervous and upset over what it happened to my new 26 Honda car. When I walked in, I don’t remember her name exactly but she has brown hair glasses. She was so lovely put me right at ease, and then one of the associates who wants to fix it came out and saw things that I didn’t even see when it happened. I was very impressed by the knowledge and and speed with which my car was fixed. I would recommend your company to anyone. It was a great experience thank you Pat .

So frustrating. I left my car there after being recommended by progressive. I came and picked it up today and everything was great until i got home and noticed the weather guard of back tailgate door was not fixed and just taped enough so the door would close. I immediately called and explained the situation and the lady at the front desk told me to come back in and they would take care of it. I drive all the way back out there because I wanted my car fixed. I get there and am told that insurance doesn’t cover weather guards and that my car wouldn’t be getting fixed. I know insurance is weird and understand certain things not being covered. That would have been great information up front instead trying to be deceitful and tape it up. Hell, i would have even taken that information and been fine if i didn’t have to drive 30 minutes for the second time in the middle of a Monday to hear that in person. Absolutely ridiculous.

The bumper on my truck was replaced because of a minor accident. It honestly looked better before the repair was done. None of the trim on the bumper is tight to the bumper anymore. It doesn't look good at all.
