I highly consider using Crash Champions for body work. They do their customers right and Amelia and Stephanie were absolutely wonderful to work with. Love how my truck ended up coming out it looks like nothing happened.

My car was in the shop for over a month. Over the last two weeks I had to call daily to see what was going on. Jae was a really bad service advisor. She would tell me she would text me an update or call me to let me know what was going on but even though she said "I give you my word I will call you" but nope she would just go home. How hard is it to call someone back.

Amelia was very nice. Unfortunately, I left my rental car here I had with Enterprise, as promised and assured they would handle it. Crash Champions never turned it into them on that date, and I was charged an additional 4 days.

I was not aware of the number of days requirements for the work to be done. MY fault also because i did not ask. I guess the order of rental vehicle should have been a warning

I feel Crash Champions did a great job on my car repair with the exception of a couple of things. There are warning lights now flashing on my dashboard, which were not previously flashing, and I can't get it to stop. Also, there appears to be some type of glue residue on my hood, maybe from the windshield replacement, that isn't coming off, as well as the new windshield doesn't look like it's set correctly. Other than that, the paint job looks great, and my car drives better after the wheel alignment. The staff is very kind, helpful, and courteous. Jae was a pleasure to work with and I was kept informed on the status of my repair regularly.
