I have a deductible of 1000 for collision and $500 for comprehensive. I took my car here after hitting a deer. When we looked the vehicle over, the intake person verified with me and saw remnants of the deer in the grill. When it came to reporting what he saw to the insurance company, he denied which resulted in my having to pay $500 more out of pocket. Very unfortunate!!!! When I got the vehicle back, there was still fur from the deer in the grill which I don’t understand why he couldn’t take the pictures and send to the insurance company like they asked.
